She is survived by her husband, Jack D. Johnson of Jacksonville; son, Nicholas D. Johnson of Jacksonville; two daughters, Kylene Solomon of Tiffin, OH and Brianna K. M. Knox of Jacksonville; and one sister, Teresa Lopez of Flatwoods, KY.
