Eva Lois Brown
April 09, 1943 - July 06, 2010RICHLANDS - Eva Lois Brown, 67, of Richlands, died Tuesday, July 6, 2010 at her home. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM on Saturday at the Sanctuary of Jacksonville on Piney Green Road with Pastor Jonathan Cook officiating.
Mrs. Brown was the daughter of the late Lucy Amanda Taylor and John Edward Taylor. She was born on April 9, 1943 in Robeson County and raised in North Carolina but lived the last 30 yrs in Butler, PA. She was preceded in death by her parents, John Taylor & Lucy Berger; grandmother, Ina Hunt Taylor; and sister, Betty Jo Hunt Shepard.
Survivors include her children, Michael Berger, of Springfield, OH, Deborah Berger of Jacksonville, Marcus Berger, of Chambersburg, PA, Linda Huffman and her husband, Michael Murphy of Richlands and Ken Ebanoski of Butler, PA; her grandchildren, Robin “Princess” Berger, Kathryn Slavin, Johnathon Berger, Joseph Berger, Christopher Berger and Nicholas Berger; great-grandchildren, Abigail Berger and Aidin Berger; and her granddog, Rotten Murphy. She is also survived by her extended family, Aunt Cora Snead, Uncle Bruce and Aunt Bonnie Taylor; nieces & nephews; Karen Shepard, Susan Shepard, Sandra Shepard, Charlene DeLoach, Charles DeLoach, Kelly Sinclair, Melanie “Mutt Brown” Dupree and Del Shepard. She had many special friends during her life in Butler, PA, including Cherly Wier and her many church family. Special thank you to Michele Kaldens.
