The family will receive friends Friday during the day at 122 Daisy Street in Jacksonville.
Mr. Owens is survived by his mother, Florence Broadwell and stepfather, Billy of Newport; father, Leaneau Owens, Jr. of Jacksonville; two brothers, Michael and Christopher Owens of Jacksonville; and two sisters, Crystal Owens of Jacksonville and Victoria Garig of Norwood, LA.
