July 28, 2010JACKSONVILLE - Ann V. Cook, 74, of Jacksonville, died at home surrounded by her loving family.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM on Monday at Jones Funeral Home, Jacksonville Chapel with Rev. Billy Hall officiating. Burial will follow at Coastal Carolina State Veterans Cemetery.
Mrs. Cook was preceded in death by her son, Kenneth P. Cook.
She is survived by her husband of 55 years, Millard K. Cook; two sons, Bryan P. Cook and his close friend, Laura, Chris Cook and his wife, Kim, all of Jacksonville; five granddaughters; one grandson; three brothers; and two sisters.
The family will receive friends Sunday evening from 6:00 to 8:00 PM at the funeral home and at the family’s home following the commital service on Monday.
