Obituary

JACKSONVILLE  -  Susan Eileen Baker Williams, 76, of Jacksonville, died peaceably at her home on Monday, May 23, 2022.  Graveside funeral services will be held at 3:00 PM on Thursday afternoon at Onslow Memorial Park.

     Mrs. Williams was a daughter of the late Wesley and Rachel Burton Baker.  She enjoyed gardening and visiting with friends and worked many years as a switchboard operator for Carolina Telephone before working and retiring from Onslow Memorial Hospital.

     Survivors include her brother, John Baker of Jacksonville; and many close friends.
