JACKSONVILLE  -  Anne Ray Jones, 83, of Jacksonville, passed away Saturday, January 4, 2025 at her son's home. Funeral services will be held AT 12:00 PM on Saturday, January 11, 2025 at Jones Funeral Home, Jacksonville Chapel, with Rev. Steve Smith officiating. Graveside services will be held at 1:00 PM on Saturday, January 18, 2025 at Lakeview Cemetery in Victoria, Virginia, with Rev. Jimmy Dunn officiating.

Mrs. Jones was born on April 24, 1941 in Victoria, Virginia to the late Vannie Ray Keeton and Lydia Keeton. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of 48 years, Ray Carter Jones; and sisters, Marilyn Comer and Sue K. Wood.

Survivors include her two sons, David Ray Jones and Mark Tray Jones and his wife Rejeanna; and grandchildren, Hannah, Daniel, Markus and his wife Ashley, Matthew, Olivia, Payton, Christian, and Jamie; and great grandson Luke Markus.

The family will receive friends Saturday morning, prior to the service, beginning at 10:30 AM at the funeral home.
