JACKSONVILLE  -  Annette M. Gagnon, 63, of Jacksonville, unexpectedly passed away Wednesday, July 16, 2025.  A Celebration of Life will be held at her home on Monday, July 21, 2025, from 3:00 PM until 7:00 PM. All friends of Annette are invited to join the family.

She was the loving mother of Joseph Gagnon (wife, Angela) of Murphy, NC, and Christine Judd (husband, Kelly) of Sneads Ferry, NC.  She was the best Memere to Blake Gagnon, Whitney Judd, Caitlyn, and Christopher Allen. She was the sister of Denis Gagnon of California, Angela Gagnon, and Catherine Harrington of Rhode Island. Aunt of several nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, Roger and Lea Gagnon, and sister Patricia Barbera. She had numerous lifelong friends, including John "Zuck" and Andrea "Andy" Zucknovich, Jessie Pereira-Leonard, Mark Leonard, and many more.

She worked in the restaurant industry for most of her life, including at Starbucks and the Marine Corps Community Services. She loved Christmas, her Newport 100s, coffee all day, and collecting mouse figurines. She was especially devoted to supporting our Armed forces. Her favorite pastimes included playing cards, board games, and Bunco with family and friends, and making crafts.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Karen Beasley Sea Turtle Rescue and Rehabilitation Center.
