JACKSONVILLE  -  Barbara Allen Walker, 91, of Jacksonville, passed away Saturday, December 21, 2024 at her surrounded by her family. Funeral services will be held at 7:00 PM on Friday, December 27, 2024 at Jones Funeral Home, Jacksonville Chapel with Pastor Randy Jones officiating.

Mrs. Walker retired as a Teacher's Aide in public schools.  She was preceded in death by her husband, Lawrence B. Walker; and her brother, Corbin Allen.

Survivors include her daughters, Jerry Simpson (Alex) and Lisa Walker; her sons, Terry Walker (Melanie Clare), Mark Walker and Michael Walker. grandchildren, Audrey Mobley (Jamie), Brandy Simpson, Nicole Walker, Sarah Hawkins (Adam); and great-grandchildren, Kaleb Simpson, Stormy Mobley and Morgan Mobley

The family will receive friends Friday evening, prior to the service, beginning at 5:00 PM at the funeral home.
