Barbara Jean Harvey Wallen, 86 passed away peacefully on Monday, February, 17, 2025 at New Hanover Regional Medical Center in Wilmington. Preceded in death by her first husband James McMahan, her parents; Ralph and Geneva Clements Harvey, her sons; Thomas Lee and Michael McMahan.

A Memorial service will be held at a later date by her family.

Survivors include her husband; Robert Wallen, her daughters; Dawn Wallace (Jonathan) of Winston Salem, NC, Linda Howell (Jeffrey) and Teresa Tabor (John) of Kearneysville, WV. A niece Lydia Rochlus of Newport, NC. A sister Penny Dalton (David) and brother Robin Harvey (Kathy). Numerous cherished grandchildren and great grandchildren.
