Sneads Ferry – Cabell Robb O’Brien, 85, of Sneads Ferry, North Carolina passed away on September 21, 2026, at her residence surround by her loved ones. There will be no services at this time.

Cabell was born on June 24, 1941, in Columbia, South Carolina to the late Nathaniel Robb, Sr. and Dorothy Robb. In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by her husband, John O’Brien.

She is survived by her daughters, Catherine O’Brien Williams (Mike) and Sheila O’Brien Shamel (Todd); grandchildren, Alexandra Schilder (Casey), Elizabeth Cherry (Jacob), Nathan Shamel, and Catherine Shamel; great-grandchildren, Bradley Schilder and Benson Schilder; siblings, Nat Robb, Jr. (Wesie) and Zan Polhill (Mark); her beloved cat, Muffin; and several extended family members and friends.
