Hubert- Cecilia Ellen Riggs Jones, 74, passed away Monday, June 23,2025 at Onslow Memorial Hospital. She was born September 24, 1950 in Charlotte, NC a daughter of the late Cecil Asher Riggs and Edna Gentry.

A celebration of life will be held Saturday, June 28,2025 at 10:00am at Oak Grove United Methodist Church with Rev. Gregory McGarvey officiating.

Cecilia was a loving mother and grandmother and loved to spend time with her family.

She is survived by her daughter, Sonya Perry (Mark) of Hubert; granddaughters, Samantha Perry (Alex), Kaylin Jones Rowe (Jon), and Amanda Perry-Brenner (Justin); great grandchildren, Kinslee Perry and Jackson Perry-Brenner; and her brother, Billy Riggs (Pam) of St. Augustine, FL.

She was preceded in death by daughters, Andrea L. Jones and Sherry D. Jones; and siblings, Jimmy and Junior Riggs, Lisa, Helen, and Margaret Riggs.
