Charles Wesley (Thumper) Norris, Jr. passed away on Thursday, September 3, 2026 at his home.
Thumper was a commercial fisherman and is preceded in death by his sister; Glenda Marie Norris.
Born May 25, 1970 in Onslow County to Charles W. Norris, Sr. and Julia Mae Blochlinger Norris, his children; Cyle Norris, Patricia Contreras and Meagan Liverman, grandchildren; Miracle Marie, Reef, Halle, Josie, Brandon, and Amea, great grandchild Westley and his Best Friend; Jackie Sharpe.
A Celebration of life for Thumper will be held on Saturday, September, 12, 2026 at 2:00 at Sneads Ferry Pentecostal Holiness Church with Paster (Uncle) John Norris officiating.
