Newport - Chelsea Caroline Grafton, 31, passed away November 20, 2024. She was born January 28,1993 in Morehead City, NC.

There will be a private Memorial at a later date.

Chelsea loved her family and friends and enjoyed spending time in nature.

She is survived by her daughter, Jayda Penelope Grafton of Stella; mother, Stacy Gutierrez of NC; father, Steven Grafton of FL; brother, Zac Grafton of Newport; and maternal grandparents, Judy and Charles Hughes of Newport.

She was preceded in death by her paternal grandparents, Judith and Edward Grafton, and maternal grandfather, Benny Gutierrez.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the charity of one's choice.
