Jacksonville- Courtney Maureen Blackwell, 31, of Jacksonville, North Carolina died on July 25, 2021 at Onslow Memorial Hospital.

Courtney was born on May 9, 1990 in Jacksonville, North Carolina to Jerry and Melissa Blackwell.

She is preceded in death by her mother, Melissa Blackwell and her grandfather, Charles Moore.

Courtney is survived by her son, Slyus Havrilla of Jacksonville, NC; her father, Jerry Blackwell (Cindy) of Jacksonville, NC; her sister, Carley Blackwell (Jared) of South Carolina; her aunt, Maureen Moore; her uncles, Edward Moore and Dennis Moore; her grandmother, Janice Moore; her boyfriend, Michael Eaton; father of her child, Bryan Havrilla; and several cousins, family, and friends.

A private service will be held at a later date.
