Born on October 11, 1953, he devoted his life to serving the Lord, his family, and his community. As the pastor of Victory Baptist Church, he shared the message of Christ's love and salvation with passion, humility, and unwavering faith. A celebration of his life will be held at 1:30 PM on Tuesday, January 14, 2025 at Bethlehem Baptist Church in Jacksonville with Rev. Larry Stephens and Rev. Damon Williamson officiating.

He was the proud father of two children, Regina Yost (married to Cheyenne Yost) and Anthony Lee (married to Jennifer Lee), who continue to honor his legacy of compassion and devotion.
His greatest joys were his grandchildren: Branden Yost, Kaylie Olson (married to Curtis Olson and mother to his great-granddaughter, Kenna Jayde Olson), Marley Yost, Anthony Damon (AJ) Lee, and Andrew Lee. He cherished his time with them, delighting in their milestones and nurturing their faith.
