Swansboro- Daniel James "DJ" Pryor, 22, passed away Sunday, October 2,2021 at Naval Hospital.  He was born September 7,1999 in Fredericksburg, VA a son to James Anthony Pryor and Shanon O'Neill Pryor.

A Celebration of Life service will be held Tuesday, October 12,2021 at 2:00 PM at Jones Funeral Home-Swansboro.

DJ loved to hunt, fish, truck life, and spend time with his family and friends.

He is survived by mother and stepfather, Shanon and James Cone of the home; father, James Anthony Pryor of VA; brother, Stephen Pryor of Hubert; sisters, Mackenzie O'Neill and Emilee Pryor both of the home; nephew and DJ's biggest fan, Jaxon of the home; maternal grandparents, Stephen and Elizabeth O'Neill of TN; girlfriend, Janice Trott of Hubert; and several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
