David Allen Starr's Obituary
David Allen Starr, 28, of Richlands, died Thursday, October 4, 2018 at his home.
A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, October 9th at Freewill Chapel, 702 Five Mile Rd., Richlands, NC.
Surviving are his parents, Matthew Kirk Starr of Sparta, TN, Linda F. Starr of Richlands; grandparents, John & Carolyn Starr, Tonya Weissenberger, all of Richlands; and a brother, Johnathan M. Starr of Richlands.
