Deborah Lee Moses, 75 of Richlands, NC, formerly of Adams Center, NY passed away on June 29, 2026 at home surrounded by her family.

Per her wishes, there will be no formal services. There will be a celebration of life held on August 16, 2026 in Watertown NY.

Born August 17, 1950 in Malone NY she was the daughter of the late Earl Welch and the late Leola and Willis Dufrane. She was first and foremost a mother, her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren meant everything to her. She was an amazing person with a huge heart.

Her life has touched so many people in ways both big and small. She has shown us the importance of compassion and finding joy in the simple things. The lessons she has taught us and the memories she has given us will remain with us always.

She has always found joy in the pages of a good book she could get lost in just about any book she picked up.

She is survived by her children; Frank Trimboli of Olathe Kansas, Alyssa Crandall (Jonathan) of Adams NY, Nicole Harris(David) of Jacksonville NC, Janelle Crawford (William) of Richlands NC, Allen Brandon Moses of Watertown NY, and Meghan Neddo (Dennis) of Watertown NY; siblings Terri (Chuck), Roxy (Tony), Joey (Claudia), and Missy (Eric); sister in laws Nannette Moses, Kathy Thomas, and Wendy Welch; seventeen grandchildren: nine great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her husband Allen Moses; her parents Earl Welch, and Leola and Willis Dufrane and a brother Steven Welch.
