Swansboro- Deborah Renee Tolin Fisher, 59, passed away September 16, 2022.  She was born August 15,1963 in New Bern, NC.

A Celebration of Life service will be held Sunday, October 30, 2022 at 2:00pm at the Swansboro Rotary Civic Center.  The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the civic center.

Debbie was a lover of life she served as the pianist for Swansboro Baptist Church and was a Resource Administrator at Swansboro High School.  She loved to be around her family and friends.

She is survived by her daughter, Julie Fisher of Wilmington; husband, Robert Fisher of Swansboro; mother, Carol Moore Tolin of SC; sister, Amy Tolin of SC; brother, Tim Tolin of SC; and nephews, Jeremy and Colby Tolin.

She was preceded in death by her father, Wade Tolin and her son, Jeffrey Austin Fisher.
