Duane Lee O'Hare, 61, died Wednesday at Quinn Hospice Center in Kenansville.

A funeral service will be held 11:00 AM Monday at Jones Funeral Home with Rev. Eric Jones officiating. Burial will follow at Coastal Carolina State Veterans Cemetery.

He is survived by his two daughters, Christina Albertson, Ft. Smith, AK; Carolyn O'Hare of Gastonia, NC; two sons, Mark O'Hare of Charlotte, NC; Brian Iutzi of Anchorage, AK; three grandchildren; three brothers, Paul E. Hopkins Jr. of Jacksonville, NC; Eugene Hopkins of Russellville, AK; Alton Ray Hopkins of Bristolville, OH; six sisters, Juanita Cole of Cheboygan, MI; Diane Lincoln of Jackson, TN; Debby Sheppard of Hart, MI; Michele Anastasia of Warren, OH; Marsha Gibson of Toronto, OH; Judy Swartz of Glendale, AZ.

He is preceded in death by his parents, John and Myrtle; sister, Jean Marie Brown; brother, Michael Charles O'Hare.

The family will receive friends from 10:00 to 11:00 Monday at the funeral home.
