Dustin E. Tanner Gained his wings on January 8, 2026, at the age of 11. He had a sweet soul with a huge heart, whose love for animals showed us all how to be kind. His silly grin and smile would light up every room, and he will be missed. Dustin is survived by his parents; Jason and Lauren Tanner. Sibling; Skylar. Grandparents; Douglas and Patti Tanner, Dee Mills, Elizabeth Ray, and Flo McGee.

Funeral services will be held at 6 p.m. on Friday, January 16, 2026, at Catalyst Church at 1985 Gum Branch Rd. Memorial donations may be sent in Dustin's name to the Sea Turtle Hospital at 302 Tortuga Ln, Surf City, NC 28445.
