Eduardo "Eddie" Torres, 56 of Jacksonville, passed away Wednesday at his residence.
A memorial service will be held Saturday, 06/30/18 at Jones Funeral Home of Jacksonville at 11:00 AM with Marine Corps Honors. Visitation with the family will be Friday evening from 6 – 8 PM at Jones Funeral Home of Jacksonville.
He is survived by his son Eduardo Torres, Jr. of Jacksonville, mother Maria Socorro Jiminez of Jacksonville, sister Awilda Perez and husband Ariel of Lancaster, CA, brothers Luis Torres and wife Maritza of Long Island, NY, Felix Jimenez and wife Jacqueline of Clayton, Jimmy Jimenez of Long Island, NY., and Alex Jimenez of Clayton, and his grandchildren Kayleigh, Arianna, and Isaiah.
He is preceded in death by his daughter Cristina Ramirez, sister Janet Josephsburg, and his father Ramon Jimenez.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to any Veteran's assistance organizations in his honor.
