Jacksonville – Emma Lee Mineheart Humphrey, 68, passed away on Friday, May 29, 2026 at Carolina East Medical Center.

A graveside funeral service will be held to honor Emma’s life 11:00 am on Friday, June 5, 2026, at Onslow Memorial Park. The family will receive visitors from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm on Thursday, June 4, 2026, at Jones Funeral Home in Jacksonville.

Emma was preceded in death by her parents, Marvin and Joyce Mineheart; sister, Linda Brown, and niece, Becky Laplante.

She is survived by her loving husband of 41 years, Timothy Humphrey; Daughters, Heather Chaney (Skeeter) and Ashley Humphrey; grandchildren, Alex Humphrey, Waylon Chaney, and Bobby Chaney; and loyal fur-baby, Ryder.
