Stella- Freddy Wayne Duncan, Sr., 76, passed away at his sister's home on Tuesday, May 27,2025 with his sister by his side. He was born July 14,1948 in Bluefield, WV a son of the late, Charles Bernard and Emma Ruth Davis Duncan.

A private celebration of life will be held at a later date.

Freddy owned and operated his own plumbing business and loved to spend time with his family and friends.

He is survived by wife, Tina Duncan of Hubert; children, Thomas Wayne of Hubert, Sheila Renee of Hubert, Freddy Wayne, Jr., of Hubert, Mary Ann of MD, Karen Sue of Hubert, and Rebecca Lynn of IN; numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren; and siblings, Carolyn Petersen of Stella and Randy Duncan of Stella.

He was preceded in death by siblings, Tommy and Tammy Jean.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Liberty Home Care and Hospice of Jacksonville.
