RICHLANDS  - Gregory Keith Dixon, 61, of Richlands, passed away Thursday, February 20, 2025, at Onslow Memorial Hospital. A visitation will be held on Saturday, March 1, 2025, from 6:00 to 8:00 PM at Jones Funeral Home, Richlands Chapel.

Mr. Dixon was born on May 25, 1963, in Kinston, North Carolina to the late Rom Dixon III and Julia Banks Dixon. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his infant daughter, Kristie Dixon and his sister, Susan Dixon Bledsoe.

He is survived by his wife, Paula Stilley Dixon, of the home; children, Robert Dixon, Matthew Dixon and Katie Dixon, all of Richlands; brothers, Buddy Dixon of New Bern, Michael Dixon of Comfort, and Jeffrey Dixon of Comfort; grandchildren, Sadie Rae Dixon, Layton Cash Dixon and Benjamin Burnett Tetterton IV as well as several extended family members and friends.

Mr. Dixon was a lifelong truck driver who was employed by Lew Thompson and Sons Trucking of Huntsville, Arkansas.
