JACKSONVILLE - Jan B. Greene, 73, of Jacksonville, died Saturday, December 15, 2012 at New Hanover Regional Medical Center in Wilmington. Graveside funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM on Wednesday at Coastal Carolina State Veterans Cemetery with Rev. James Greene officiating.
Mrs. Greene was preceded in death by her husband, Garrett Greene.
She is survived by three sons, James Greene of Honduras, Chandos Paul Greene of Jacksonville and Michael Greene of Atlantic Beach; two daughters, Kathy L. Greene of Brunswick, GA and Cheryl McCormick of Hampstead; two sisters, Joy Storms of Jacksonville, FL and Durane Petit of Mt. Pleasant, SC; five grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Special Olympics of Onslow County, 1335 Western Blvd. PMB #19, Jacksonville, NC 28546.
