JACKSONVILLE  -  Janice Lynn Kramer Quinn, 83, passed away Friday, April 25, 2025 at Onslow Memorial Hospital.  Funeral services will be held at 9:00 AM on Monday, April 28, 2025 Jones Funeral Home, Jacksonville Chapel with Rev. Phil Shepard officiating. Burial will follow at Coastal Carolina State Veterans Cemetery.

Mrs. Quinn was born June 12,1941 in Fern Creek, KY to the late Charles and Nola Mae Epley Kramer.  She was in the construction business and loved to help make the buying and building process as easy and comforting as possible. Her greatest joy was being surrounded by family and friends.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles E. "Chuck" Quinn, Jr., and a son, Charles E. Quinn, III.

Survivors include her son, Daniel E. Quinn (Debbie) of Jacksonville; daughter-in- law, Anne Shaw of Jacksonville; grandchildren, Charles E. Quinn, IV of Jacksonville, Courtney Quinn (Brandon Thigpen) of Swansboro, and Daniel E. Quinn, II (Claire Hoehn) of Jacksonville; great grandson, Max Thigpen; brother, Charles M. Kramer (Diane) of Shelbyville, KY; and a sister, Cathy Avdevich of Fern Creek, KY.

The family will receive friends Sunday evening from 6 - 8 PM at the funeral home.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the charity of one's choice.
