In loving memory of Janice Briggs St. Louis October 7, 1948 - July 12, 2025

JACKSONVILLE. -  Janice Briggs St. Louis, 76, of Jacksonville, passed way Saturday, July 12, 2025 at Onslow Memorial Hospital in Jacksonville.  No services are currently scheduled however A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.

Janice was a wonderful wife for 56 years.  She was a wonderful mom, grandma, aunt and a great friend to anyone that knew her. She was born in Gloversville, NY and graduated from Johnstown High School in Johnstown, NY. She loved living life and along with her husband, Bill, loved to travel.  Together, they made some amazing memories.  They always took their dog, Higley and equally loved her cat, Lou.   Always enjoying the outdoors, she loved to go to the beach and watch the waves crash.  Another enjoyable pastime was watching hummingbirds at her hummingbird feeder. She was very patriotic and loved her country.

She was preceded in death her parents, Leon Briggs, Erma ( Houser) Briggs; siblings, Joan Rowback, Betty Bentley, Shirley Ostrander, Kathleen Vanhoesen, Judy ( twin) Richmyer, William Briggs, Butch Briggs, Jeffrey Briggs; and adopted sons, Jermey, Aaron and Jay.

Survivors include her husband, Bill St. Louis; her children, Lisa (Rob) Clouthier, Michelle (Kelly) Collins and Billy St. Louis; grandchildren, Michael (Mindy) Snell, Kaitlyn Gallegos (Cris), Meagan (Matthew) Wilmouth, Robert Clouthier, Alexander Snell , Abby Watson, Justice Snyder, Chloee St. Louis, Keira St. Louis; great-grandchildren, Tucker Snell, Colton Wilmouth, Dean Snyder; three sisters, Rose (Tom) Carter, Jackie (Ed) Fox and Cheryl (Rick) Palumbo; one brother, Timothy (Cher) Briggs.
