Jerry Lee Luft, 75 passed away on Tuesday, September 22, 2026 at Camp Lejeune Naval Hospital. Jerry served his country in the United States Marine Corp and retired as GySgt with 21 years of service. Preceded in death by his parents; Richard and Stella Luft and his grandson; Jeremy Myers.

A visitation will be held on Saturday, September 26, 2026 from Jones Funeral Home in Jacksonville from 11:00 am until 12:00 noon.

Survivors include his wife of 27 years; Marie Luft of the home, his children; Tony Luft of Jacksonville, Sarah Luft of Missouri, William Jackowski of Pennsylvania, Brandy Koehne of Jacksonville and Jeffery Levine of Jacksonville. Grandchildren; Michelle, Selina, Arianna, Sage and wife Daisy Kaufman, Samantha, Shian, Alina, Vivian and numerous great grandchildren.
