Emerald Isle- Jesus Zacarias Muniz, 84, passed away Friday, May 23,2025 at the Crystal Coast Hospice House with his sister by his side. He was born in Cuba on November 5,1940 a son of the late Jesus C. Muniz and Teresa Pardo Muniz.

A Funeral Mass will be held Friday, May 30,2025 at 10:30am at St Mildred Catholic Church with Father Dave Miller officiating. Burial will follow at Seaside Memorial Park.

Jesus was a loving son and brother and loved to spend time with his family and friends.

He is survived by his sister, Maria Hickox of Emerald Isle and several cousins.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to St. Mildred Catholic Church, Women's Guild, 653 Old Hammock Rd, Swansboro, NC 28584.
