JACKSONVILLE  -  Jimmy Clyde Frazier, 79, of Jacksonville, passed away Monday, December 23, 2024 at Onslow Memorial Hospital. Graveside Services funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM on Monday, January 6, 2025 at Coastal Carolina State Veterans Cemetery.

Mr. Frazier was a Vietnam Veteran serving in the US Army for 10 years.

He was preceded in death by his brother, Bobby Frazier of Washington.

Survivors include his wife, Regina Ann Frazier; his sister, Twyla Hulen and her husband, Mike of Woodward, OK; stepdaughters, Evelyn Blake of Raleigh, NC  and Lisa Blake of Lawrence, MA; brothers-in-law, David Lehouillier Jacksonville, NC, Tom Lehouillier and his wife, Judy of Chelmsford MA and Allan Lehouillier and his wife, Doreen of Whitinsville, MA; sisters-in-law, Yvette Silva of Lowell, MA and Donna Bourget and her husband, Danny of Jacksonville, NC; and many nieces, nephews, grandchildren; his dear friends, Jeff Rossiter, Cheryl Burns and Tom Rossiter; and their many health caregivers.
