Swansboro- Joanne Wojnowicz Quill, 77, passed away Tuesday, June 24,2025 at the Crystal Coast Hospice House. She was born August 23,1947 in Auburn, NY a daughter of the late Walter and Emily Rozwod Wojnowicz.

A private celebration of life will be held at a later date.

Joanne was a preschool teacher and a bank teller but her favorite title and job was being a wife and mother to her family.

She is survived by her children, Pamela Quill (Arthur Omara) of Moravia, NY, Catherine Boyce (Chris) of Huntersville, NC, and Jeffrey John Quill (Beth Woodard) of Seneca Falls, NY; grandchildren, Nicholas Quill, and Evan and Jonah Boyce; brother, Thomas Wojnowicz (Dolores) of Jacksonville, FL; and a sister-in-law, Margaret Faulkner (Mark) of Skaneateles, NY.

The family would like to thank Joanne's cherished neighbors and friends who provided her with support, kindness, and humor.

She was preceded in death by her husband, John Gregory Quill; and brothers, William, Richard, and John Wojnowicz.
