Baton Rouge, LA- John Justin Caulfield, MD, 64, passed away Wednesday, December 28,2022 at Onslow Memorial Hospital in Jacksonville, NC.  He was born September 8,1958 in St. Louis, MO a son of the late James and Virginia Walsh Caulfield.

A private Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.

Dr. Caulfield was a urologist.  He loved to spend time with his family and friends.

He is survived by son, Parker Caulfield of Sneads Ferry; and two sisters, Ann Ward of MA and Clare Caulfield of Brazil.
