Josephine Williams Allen, 77, of Holly Ridge, passed away on Friday, May 30th, 2025, at New Hanover Medical Center.

A funeral service will be held at 2:00 PM on Tuesday, June 3rd, 2025, at Jones Funeral Home Chapel in Holly Ridge with Pastor Ronnie Kimble officiating. The family will receive friends from 1:00 PM – 2:00 PM.

Josephine was preceded in death by her parents, Herman and Penny Williams; two of her brothers and two of her sisters.

She is survived by her husband of 55 years, Larry Dean Allen of the home; son, Anthony Allen and wife Tabitha of Holly Ridge; her three granddaughters, Jolaina Allen of Leland, Lariann Allen of Leland, and Breanna Chandler of Elmhurst, NY; close family friend, Sue Miller of Verona; four brothers, two sisters.

Josephine was a loving mother, wife, and will be missed.
