SNEADS FERRY  -  June Marion Becket Parker 86, was born on January 9, 1939, in Ottawa, Il and died on February 18, 2025, at Lower Cape Fear Hospice Center in Wilmington, NC.  No services are planned at this present time.

June worked as a Teacher Assistant with Onslow County Schools and a teller with Bank of America. June loved working with children and building lasting relationships.  She was a very dedicated wife and loving mother. Many of her closest family and friends lovingly referred to her as "June Bug."

June was preceded in death by her parents; Floyd John Becket and Lillian June Jackson Becket; her husband, William Frederick Parker; one sister, Carol Sinclair and one brother Larry Becket.

June was survived by one daughter; Cynthia Parker Shepard and her husband (Michael) and two grandchildren Jeremy and Randy of Sneads Ferry; three sisters, Mona Becket of El Cajon, CA, Beverly Shields of Palm City, FL, and Patricia Tobey of Ft. Lauderdale, FL.
