Swansboro-Kathleen Marie O'Neill Hahn, 67, passed away Saturday, January 9, 2021 at Carteret Healthcare.  She was born October 6, 1953 a daughter to the late, John and Anna Winters O'Neill.

A private family memorial service will be held at a later date.

Kathleen was a corrections officer with the Pennsylvania Department of Corrections.  In her spare time she loved to spend time with her family and friends.

She is survived by her husband, George Edwin Hahn, Sr. of the home; son George Edwin Hahn, Jr. of Mineral, VA; granddaughter, Madison Rebecca Hahn; and brothers, John O'Neill of PA and Robert O'Neill of MD.

She was preceded in death by son, Edwin Robert Hahn; and sisters, Patricia Kulman and Rebecca O'Neill.
