SNEADS FERRY  -  Kathy Stilley Parker, 76, went home to be with the Lord on Thursday, September 11, 2025 at her home. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM on Tuesday, September 16, 2025 at Folkstone Original Free Will Baptist Church in Holly Ridge at with Reverend Mitchell Parker officiating. Burial will follow at Turkey Creek Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the church one hour prior to the service beginning at 10:00 AM.

Kathy was the proud Owner/Broker of Kathy S. Parker Real Estate, where she poured her dedication and love into serving her community for many years. She will be remembered by many for her heart of gold, her giving personality, and the countless lives she touched through her kindness.

She was preceded in death by her husband, William Parker, Sr.; her parents, Wayne and Dolly Horne Stilley; her granddaughter, Alexandra "Niki" Parker; and her brother, Donald Stilley.

Survivors include her son, William "Billy" Parker and his wife, Elizabeth Parker of Sneads Ferry; her daughter, Jennifer Parker and her husband, Jody Parker of Sneads Ferry; her grandchildren, Zack Parker, Sarah Hansley, Jasmine Vinson, Jordan Sullivan, Kasey Jobe, and Kimberly Davis; and her great-grandchildren, Paris Parker, Graisyn Vinson, Wrenley Vinson, Callyn Sullivan, Tiana Hansley, Ariel Hansley, Aurora Hansley, Reuben Hansley, Reese Parker, Zachary Parker, and Aston Davis. She is also survived by her sister, Rhonda Faulkner of Dover; her brothers, Joe Stilley of Trenton and Sam Stilley of Trenton; along with many other loved ones who meant so much to her.

Kathy's legacy of love, generosity, and devotion to her family, friends, and community will live on in the hearts of all who knew her.
