Kelly LeAnn Wale (49) passed November 25th, 2025, at New Hanover Regional Medical Center. Kelly was born October 20th, 1976, to Estes and Marjorie Westall. A memorial service will be held on December 10, 2025, at 6:00 PM at Catalyst Church.

In life, Kelly was an accomplished and passionate teacher that made positive life-long impacts on her students. After meeting her husband, Andrew, she transitioned to working alongside him in their tattoo parlor and using her skills to guide clients into meaningful lifelong decisions on their bodies. At times she would be a friend, confidant, or even a shop mom to those in need around her. The most important part of her life was her two sons, Gabe and Logan. She spent much of her time loving them, sharing her love of Jesus with them, and teaching them.

Kelly was also well known for her love of plants, animals, and shoes (even though she rarely wore them). She loved walking in her garden, hiking, and hanging out at the beach with her family.

Kelly leaves behind the love of her life, Andrew Wale, her boys; Gabe and Logan, mother; Marjorie Westall, father; Estes Westall, brother; Chad Westall, and all her unofficial "adopted" children and student's lives she touched.

Flowers are welcome, but in lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in Kelly's honor for Gabe and Logan's education.
