Swansboro- Kristi Ann Sullivan Welton, 73, passed away at her home on Saturday, July 19,2025 with her husband by her side. She was born August 22,1951 in Meadville, PA the only child of Francis and Betty Ann Shaw Sullivan.

A life celebration will be held Saturday, August 23,2025 at 10:00am at St Peters by the Sea with Rev. Michelle Bullock officiating. The family will receive friends at a reception at the church following the service PLEASE RSVP to rick.welton@gmail.com.

Kristi was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother who followed her husband during his military career and was in medical administration.

She is survived by her husband of 34 years, Dr. Rick Welton of the home; children, Elizabeth Ann Holton of SC, Mary Frances Mullins of VA, and Richard Francis Welton of Charlotte; and nine grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her oldest daughter, Amy Caroline Rowland.
