Jacksonville – Leah Marie Duncan, 66, passed away on November 28, 2025, at Onslow Memorial Hospital. There will be no services at this time.

Leah was born on June 20, 1959, in Hannibal, MO to the late Charles Franklin Duncan, Sr. and Cleo Brunner Duncan.

Leah was a source of strength and kindness to family and everyone who knew her. She was a loving and caring sister, who was always there for us, a phone call away. Leah had a strong sense of loyalty and responsibility that you do not see much in this world today and could be tough-minded when necessary.

She is survived by her brothers, Charles Duncan, Jr., Christopher Duncan, and Gregg Duncan; and several nieces and nephews.
