The family of Leon Thomas, a beloved resident of Jacksonville, NC since 2006, announces his passing on March 23, 2025 at the age of 85.

Leon was a cherished and loved father, grandfather, and friend. He will be survived by his children Leonia Harpe, Jamie Harvey, and India Wiley. Grandchildren, Brionna, Jamill, Jaloni, Demetria, Christian and Iniyah.

A funeral service will be held Saturday, March 29, 2025, at Jones Funeral Home, 303 Chaney Avenue, Jacksonville, NC, 28540 at 3:00 PM. Pastor William McCoy officiating.
