Hubert- Linda Ann Reavis Soss, 74, passed away Monday, September 11, 2017 at her residence. She was born October 2, 1942 in Los Angeles County, CA daughter of the late, H. Clay Reavis, Sr. and Elva Mae Wooding Reavis.
A memorial service will be held Sunday, September 24, 2017, at 2:00 PM in the chapel of Jones Funeral Home of Swansboro with Rev. Ron Gurganus officiating. The family will receive friends following the service at the funeral home.
Linda dedicated her life to teaching in elementary education. She also loved to play the piano and spend time with her animals.
She is survived by her adoring sister-in-law, Virginia Russell Reavis of Hubert; and nieces and nephews and great nieces and great nephews.
The family would like to give a special thank you for the care that was rendered to Linda from her dedicated caregivers.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the animal rescue of your choice.
