Linwood "Bill" Earl Taylor, 77, of Sneads Ferry, died Tuesday, January 1, 2013 at his home.
A Funeral Service will be held on Monday, January 7, 2013 at 11:00 AM, in the Salem Baptist Church, Sneads Ferry. Reverend Tommy Yopp and Reverend Sandy Bain will be officiating. Burial will follow at Onslow Memorial Park with Military Honors.
He was born in Duplin County, NC and was the son of the late Luther and Thelma Lewis Taylor. He served his country with the United States Navy.
Mr. Bill is survived by his wife, Carolyn Lockamy Taylor of the home; one son, Linwood "Woody" Taylor, Jr. and his wife, Linda of Durham, NC; one brother, Bobby Taylor and his wife, Pam of Sneads Ferry, NC; one sister, Betty Antinori and her husband Butch of Sneads Ferry, NC; three grandchildren.
The family will receive friends one hour prior to the services at the church.
