JACKSONVILLE  -  Lisa Foy Newvine, 54, of Jacksonville, passed away peacefully Tuesday, July 22, 2025 at her home.  A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.

She was born March 31, 1971; to her father, Renzell Foy that precedes her in death; and her mother, Jeannette Kennedy that survives her; and her brother that precedes her, Rayburn Foy.  She was a homemaker and a Nana that loved her grandkids, and she also loved her two dogs, Gizmo and Furbie, and her cat, Jasmine.

Survivors include her son, Michael Foy and fiancée, Jennifer Libby; and their children, Wyatt, Oliver, Kassandra and Xander; her daughter, Tiffany Newvine and boyfriend, Kevin Best; along with their father, Tim Newvine who was married to Lisa for 16 years; her fiancé of 10 years, Rick Lee; her mother, Jeannette Kennedy; her sister, Lynette Horn (Robert); and brother, Raymond Foy; nieces, Britteny Horn (Brian), and Emily Foy; nephew, Robert Horn (Miracle); and great-nephews, Braeden, Rylan and Jackson.
