HOLLY RIDGE  -  Maggie Mae Williams King passed away March 9, 2025, at the age of 105.

Funeral Service will be held at 2:00 PM on Thursday, March 13, 2025 at Jones Funeral Home, Jacksonville Chapel with Rev. Ron Kimble and Rev. Dwayne Collins officiating. Burial will follow at Onslow Memorial Park.

Mrs. King was preceded in death by her dear husband, Velinzer King; son, Vernon C. King; parents, Henry Williams and Mary Swinson; and seven siblings, Lula Parker, Kathleen McElmurray, Rashie Williams, Garland Williams, Mary Lou Parker, Robert Williams, and Annie Lee Taylor.

She is survived by three children, Iona (Chuck) Rose of Albertson, Chester W. (Edna) King of Mt. Olive, and Gail (Marty) Bostic of Rose Hill; eleven grandchildren, Joy Gentry, Travise King, Hope Koonce, Buddy Smith, Mitchell Smith, Michelle Seago, Stephanie Gray, Wyatt King Jr., Joseph King, Alison Riggs, and Rugh King; twenty-five great grandchildren; and twenty-four great great grandchildren.

The family will receive friends two hours prior to the service from 12:00 pm to 2:00 pm.
