JACKSONVILLE – Marshall Delane Jarman, 70, of Jacksonville, was called from his earthly labors, June 12, 2025, in Jacksonville. Funeral services will be held at 1:30 PM on Wednesday, June 18, 2025, at Bethlehem Baptist Church, Gum Branch Road, with Reverend Damon Williamson officiating. Burial will follow at Onslow Memorial Park.

Mr. Jarman was born in Jacksonville, North Carolina, April 27,1955, to the late Carl S. and Viola Taylor Jarman. He retired from National Dodge in Jacksonville as the Service Department Manager, working many years and making a lot of friends along the way.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sister, Mary Jarman Mintz.

Survivors include his wife, Sharon Shivar Jarman, of the home; his four-legged baby girl, Bella, of the home; sisters, Alice Marshburn (Victor) of Jacksonville, Nita Marshburn of Jacksonville, and Marjorie Parker (Russell) of Mebane, North Carolina; his brothers, Anthony "Tony" Jarman (Harriett) of North Wilkesboro, North Carolina and Timothy E. Jarman (Suzan) of Kannapolis, North Carolina. Marshall was loved by, and loved, all his many nieces and nephews. One by one, The Boys from Bethlehem are reuniting for the grandest reunion, singing in Heaven.

The family will receive friends Tuesday, June 17th from 6:00 to 8:00 PM at Jones Funeral Home, Jacksonville.
