Services to celebrate Matthew's life will be private.

Matthew was a good- hearted person that would do his best to help anyone in need.  He loved his family and saw value in everything.  He was a skilled carpenter and could build or fix just about anything.  He loved to joke around and tease and was interested in learning new things.

He will be missed and loved forever.

He is survived by his loving parents, Theresa and Terry Britt; children, Aiden Lutz, Seth Collins and Journey Bolin; brother Michael Lutz and wife, Audrey of Hubert, father Michael K. Lutz, Sr.; his best friend and life partner Kim Collins; paternal grandmother Brenda Lutz; niece and nephews, Michael, Emma and Evan; great niece and nephew Amelia and Carter; and all his Aunts, Uncles and cousins.

He was preceded in death by his brother, Gregory Britt and grandparents Ralph Shaw, Helen Shaw, Barbara Britt and P.W. Lutz, Jr.
