NEWPORT  -  Michael L. Adams, 74 of Newport, died Saturday, December 2, 2023 at Crystal Coast Hospice House in Newport.  Graveside funeral services will be held at 12:00 PM on Friday, December 15, 2023 at Coastal Carolina State Veterans Cemetery in Jacksonville.

Mr. Adams is survived by his wife, Tokiko Y. Adams of the home; son, Robert S. Adams and his wife Kelley of Lenexa, Kansas; daughter, Carol H. Adams Sams and her husband Jeremy of Lillington, NC; four grandchildren, Joseph M. Adams, Kayla M. Adams, Carter Sams and Elijah Sams; brother, Kerry B. Adams and sister, Dianna K. Typer.

The family will receive friends on Thursday, December 14, 2023 from 5:00 P.M. until 7:00 P.M. at Jones Funeral Home, Swansboro Chapel.
