Hubert- Michelle Lee Locaric Miller, 55, passed away Friday, July 17, 2026, at Onslow Memorial Hospital with her family by her side. She was born September 7, 1970, in Harrisburg, PA, daughter of Robert and Sue O’Dell Loncaric.

A funeral service will be held Saturday, July 25, 2026, at 11:00 AM in the chapel of Jones Funeral Home-Swansboro, with Rev. Chris Allen officiating. The family will receive friends Friday, July 24, 2026, from 6-8 PM at the funeral home. She will be buried at Arlington National Cemetery at a later date.

Michelle was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother. She loved to be surrounded by her family and friends. She also loved to travel and always lived life to the fullest.

She is survived by her sons, Andrew James Miller and SSgt. Dalton Chance Miller both of Hubert; grandchildren, Atlas, Troy, and Milo; father and mother, Robert “Snoop” and Sue Loncaric of Stella; special friend, Anthony Jacobson of Hubert; siblings, Rob Loncaric of Clover, SC, Bryan Loncaric of Blackstock, SC, and LeAnne Foster of Blacksburg, SC; and several nieces and nephews. 

She was preceded in death by her late husband SSgt. Andrew Thomas Miller.
