Jacksonville – Miyoko Hamazaki Poulin, 95, of Jacksonville, North Carolina passed away on October 7, 2025, at her residence. Graveside services will be held on Friday, October 24, 2025, at 2:00 PM at Coastal Carolina State Veterans Cemetery.

Miyoko was born in Tai Pei, Taiwan on February 3, 1930, to the late Toshimi and Yuki Hamazaki. In addition to her parents, she is preceeded in death by her siblings, Mitsuko Hamazaki, Nariko Hamazaki, and Takashi Hamazaki.

She is survived by her husband, Clinton Poulin; daughter, Paula Northcott (Chris); grandchildren, Shane Northcott, Alec Poulin, Nick Poulin (Iva), and Nicole Sleigh (Ian); siblings, Toshio Hamazaki (Mickey) and Tetsuo Hamazaki; sister and brother-in-law, Roseanne Greene and Bob Greene; and several extended family members and friends.
